This policy applies to all merchandise purchased online at www.ashcroftandoak.com. We know you will be thrilled from the moment you open your selection. It's guaranteed to dazzle you. However, if you are not 100% satisfied, you may return your purchase to us as long as it is postmarked within 30 days from the date you received it. We will issue you a credit in the same tender originally used for the online internet purchase minus the shipping charges and any sizing fees.

Returns will be processed provided:
You include the packing slip. (Please keep a copy for your records.)
The item(s) must be in new condition and in the original gift box. Any item(s) that shows evidence of wear (i.e. scratches, marks, dents or damage of any kind) cannot be returned.
To receive a full refund, all relevant parts, packaging and paperwork must be returned in like new condition with the merchandise. A fee of $50 will be assessed for a missing diamond certification card or lab report.
Please wrap the package securely in a box and insure it for the full retail price of the item(s). Ashcroft & Oak Jewelers assumes no liability for the loss and/or damage to merchandise while in transit to our return location. Request a return receipt for confirmation that the shipment has reached Ashcroft & Oak Jewelers.
For your protection do not write Ashcroft & Oak Jewelers anywhere on the outside of the box.
All shipping charges must be prepaid. All items must be shipped via U.S. Post Office. No C.O.D. deliveries will be accepted.
