Store sets appointment with insured. 5. Insured visits store to establish like kind and quality. 6. Store calls J.R.S. for replacement prices. 7. Quote is given to agent or adjuster. 8. Deductible is collected at store and insured replaces. 9. J.R.S. sends bill directly to insurance company. It's that easy... another happy ending!
