WE WILL clean and inspect your Ashcroft & Oak jewelry at no charge forever.

Provided you allow us to inspect your Ashcroft & Oak jewelry every six months and
have this Guarantee signed by a Ashcroft & Oak Associate:

WE WILL guarantee your Ashcroft & Oak Diamonds (single stones up to 2.05 carats)
against loss from the mounting forever.

WE WILL guarantee your Ashcroft & Oak Diamonds (single stones up to 2.05 carats)
against chipping and cracking forever.

WE WILL repair your Ashcroft & Oak Jewelry (excluding chains and earring backs)
at no charge forever.

Single Diamonds weighing more than 2.05 carats and Diamonds not purchased from
Ashcroft & Oak are not covered against chipping, cracking or loss.

Should you miss a six-month inspection of your jewelry, your Ashcroft & Oak Diamonds
will not be covered against chipping,cracking or loss until the jewelry is reinspected and any
necessay repairs have been completed. In this case, such repairs will not be performed free
of charge.

For maximum protection of your jewelry, we suggest obtaining private property and
casualty insurance in addition to this Guarantee.

 

TRADE-IN POLICY

This Trade-in Policy applies only to Karat Gold, Platinum and Palladium jewelry. Jewelry in
any other metal is not accepted for trade-in.

WE WILL accept your Ashcroft & Oak Diamond jewelry as a trade-in towards any other
Ashcroft & Oak merchandise (except watches) with a purchase price that is at least double
your trade-in value. Your trade-in value will be determined by increasing your original
purchase price for your Ashcroft & Oak by 2% per full year to a maximum increase of
10% after five years.

THIS GUARANTEE MUST BE PRESENTED AT THE TIME OF TRADE-IN.

This guarantee is not transferrable or assignable more than 90 days after the original
purchase date, or if the covered jewelry is re-sold to a third party.
