We Will guarantee your Ashcroft & Oak Diamonds (single stones up to 2.05 carats) against loss from the mounting forever.

We Will guarantee your Ashcroft & Oak Diamonds (single stones up to 2.05 carats) against chipping and cracking forever.

We Will repair your Ashcroft & Oak jewelry (excluding chains and earring backs) at no charge forever.

We will accept your Ashcroft & Oak Diamond jewelry as a trade-in towards any other Ashcroft & Oak merchandise (except watches) with a purchase price that is at least double your trade-in value. Your trade-in value will be determined by increasing your original purchase price for your Ashcroft & Oak Diamond jewelry by 5% per full year to a maximum increase of 25% after five years.

OR

We will accept your Ashcroft & Oak Diamond jewelry as a trade-in towards any other Ashcroft & Oak merchandise (except watches) with a purchase price that is at least 75% more than your trade-in value. In this case, your trade-in value is your original purchase price for your Ashcroft & Oak Diamond jewelry.

This Trade-in Policy applies only to Karat Gold, Platinum and Palladium jewelry. Jewelry in any other metal is not accepted for trade-in.
