"WE WILL" Colored Gemstone Guarantee

WE WILL clean and inspect your Ashcroft & Oak jewelry at no charge forever.

Provided you allow us to inspect your Ashcroft & Oak jewelry every six months and
have this Guarantee signed by a Ashcroft & Oak Associate:

WE WILL guarantee your Colored Gemstones and Accent Diamonds against
loss from the mounting forever.

WE WILL guarantee your Colored Gemstones and Accent Diamonds against chipping
and cracking forever.

Should you miss a six-month inspection of your jewelry, your Colored Gemstones and Accent
Diamonds will not be covered against chipping,cracking or loss until the jewelry is reinspected.

Should any necessay repairs of your jewelry be indentified by us at any time, your Colored
Gemstones and Accent Diamonds will not be covered against chipping, cracking or loss until
such repairs have been completed.

Should any repair work be necessary in connection with this Guarantee (including the setting
of a replacement stone), such repair work is not covered by this Guarantee and therefore will
be chargable at regular retail prices.

“One of a Kind” jewelry pieces and any jewelry piece with a purchase price greater than
$8,000 are not covered by this Guarantee.

For maximum protection of your jewelry, we suggest obtaining private property and
casualty insurance in addition to this Guarantee.

This Guarantee is not transferrable or assignable more than 90 days after the original purchase
date, or if the covered jewelry is re-sold to a third party.
